No. Payroll integration is available through SPM's vetted payroll software partners at additional cost — separate from the Core or Executive Financial engagement. SPM manages the relationship, ensures the integration works correctly with ControlQore, and coordinates the setup. The payroll partner bills separately.
What payroll systems do your partners integrate with ControlQore?
Our vetted payroll partners support both prevailing wage and regular payroll for commercial construction subcontractors. Contact SPM to discuss your current payroll system and the best integration path for your engagement.
Does SPM handle payroll directly?
No. SPM does not process payroll. We connect you to vetted payroll partners whose systems integrate directly with ControlQore — so payroll data flows into job costing automatically. SPM manages the financial side, the partner manages the payroll side.
Is prevailing wage payroll integration different from regular payroll?
Yes. Prevailing wage integration also generates certified payroll reports, tracks fringe benefit elections, and allocates apprenticeship ratios to jobs — all flowing into ControlQore automatically. Regular payroll integration covers hours, wages, and burden rates by job and cost code.

Do you handle payroll?
No. We have vetted payroll software partners — including prevailing wage integrations — that connect directly with ControlQore. Those are separate engagements at additional cost.
How long does onboarding take?
60 days. We migrate your books to the start of your last taxable year, set up ControlQore, and build your job costing structure. Fully operational in two months.
What software do clients use?
ControlQore. All SPM clients run on ControlQore for job costing and WIP. We set it up and manage it — you don't have to learn it. Clients switching from QuickBooks, Sage, or other platforms migrate during onboarding.
