WHAT THE SITE COLLECTS, AND WHO RECEIVES IT.
This site is run by Sulphur Prairie Management, LLC, doing business as SPM The Construction CFO, in Sulphur Rock, Arkansas. It collects what you type into a download form or a checkout and a count of visits and clicks. 7 outside services are involved, and each one is listed below. Write to Josh@ConstructionCFO.net and we will correct or delete what we hold about you.
THE COMPANY BEHIND THE SITE.
Sulphur Prairie Management, LLC is a limited liability company that does business as SPM The Construction CFO. We are based in Sulphur Rock, Arkansas, and the only way to reach us about this page is by email at Josh@ConstructionCFO.net. We do not publish a street address.
Sulphur Prairie Operations, LLC is a separate company under the same ownership. It publishes runoncfos.com. Nothing on this page covers that site.
IF YOU USE THE SITE, THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS.
Our host receives the technical details of every request, such as IP address, browser and the page asked for. We count page views and a short list of clicks with Vercel Web Analytics: booking links, form submissions, checkout buttons, outbound links and whether a page was read. This site does not set cookies of its own, and it loads no advertising pixel and no other analytics service. The Calendly calendar, the YouTube videos and Stripe's checkout are other companies' services and may set their own cookies when you use them. Analytics does not load on the markup versus margin calculator, which runs in your browser and sends nothing to us.
The workbooks and templates are sent by email. To send one, the form asks for who you are, email address, company, trade and revenue band. We email the file to the address you give, we receive a notice with everything you entered, and the contact record is stored with our email service, Resend, so that follow up emails can be sent. Each form tells you this: "Your address is stored so the file can be sent and so you get three short emails about using it. Unsubscribe in one click, any time. We will never sell your information."
Paid products are bought on a checkout page that Stripe hosts. You enter your email address, card details and billing address there. We never receive the card number. We receive your email address, the product, the amount and the checkout reference, and we use them to email you what you bought and to tell us that you bought it.
The calendar on the booking page is Calendly's. What you enter there goes to Calendly. The page is told when a time is picked or booked so that we can count it.
Outbound links carry a tag that says the visit came from this site, so the other site can see where its visitors came from. Links to Calendly, Stripe, Amazon, Google, LinkedIn and YouTube are left as they are. Once you follow a link, the other site's privacy policy applies.
If someone opens a page with ?internal=1 in the address, a flag is saved in that browser so its visits are not counted. That is how we keep our own visits out of the numbers. Nothing else is stored in your browser by this site.
Write to Josh@ConstructionCFO.net and we will correct or delete what we hold about you. We do not set a retention period on this page. Stripe, Resend and the other services keep their own records under their own policies, and we cannot change those.

CLIENT FINANCIAL DATA IS HANDLED UNDER A CONTRACT.
When a company becomes a client, its financial records are handled under the signed Master Services Agreement and the statement of work, and those documents govern. This page does not change them. If anything here differs from the signed agreement for a client's work, the agreement controls.
In that agreement Sulphur Prairie Management, LLC acts as a processor of the client's data. The agreement provides for notice to the client within 48 hours of a breach, for the client to audit our handling of its data once a year, and for the client to be told before any subcontractor is used. SPM The Construction CFO does not process payroll, so payroll records are not part of the work.
Questions about how a client's data is handled go to Josh@ConstructionCFO.net, and the answer is in the agreement the client signed.
