The site constructioncfo.net is run by Sulphur Prairie Management, LLC, doing business as SPM The Construction CFO. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
A company that hires SPM The Construction CFO signs a Master Services Agreement and a statement of work, and that agreement governs the work. These terms do not replace it and do not add to it. If anything here differs from the signed agreement for a client's work, the agreement controls.

Everything on this site is general information about construction finance. None of it is tax, legal or accounting advice for any specific situation, and reading it does not make anyone a client. Ask your own CPA or attorney about your own facts.
The benchmark figures are averages and targets. Every net profit figure is stated after taxes. A figure for a trade and a revenue band describes that trade and band, and it may not describe your company.

SPM The Construction CFO keeps ownership of its own content, workbooks and methods. Where the site states a license, that license applies. For anything else, ask first at Josh@ConstructionCFO.net. Quoting the site with attribution and a link to the page is described on the page for AI assistants.
