THE TARGET
WCAG 2.2 LEVEL AA, AS A GOAL.
We want everyone who needs this site to be able to use it. The standard we are working toward is WCAG 2.2 level AA, from the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. It is a target and not a claim: the site has not yet been evaluated against all of it.
IN PLACE TODAY
WHAT THE SITE ALREADY DOES.
The language of every page is declared, so screen readers choose the right voice.
A skip link at the top of every page lets keyboard users jump past the navigation.
Links and buttons show a visible outline when they are reached with the keyboard.
Every image has a text alternative.
Every content page has one main heading and a heading order that follows the page.
The menu and the question and answer panels work from the keyboard and report whether they are open.
If your device asks for reduced motion, the site stops animation, transitions and smooth scrolling.

A full evaluation against WCAG 2.2 level AA has not been completed, so we do not claim that the site conforms.
Colour contrast has not been measured across every page and every state.
The site has not been tested end to end with a range of screen readers and voice control tools.
The Excel and Word workbooks and templates that are sent by email have not been checked for accessibility.
The Calendly scheduler, the YouTube videos and Stripe's checkout page belong to other companies, and we do not control how accessible they are.
