It's a core specialty. The majority of SPM clients are prevailing wage contractors. Davis-Bacon, certified payroll, and fringe benefit integration are built into how we set up ControlQore and how we structure job costing for every prevailing wage client.
Does SPM handle certified payroll reporting?
SPM does not handle payroll directly. We have vetted prevailing wage payroll software partners whose systems integrate directly with ControlQore. Certified payroll reports are generated from integrated payroll data — not a manual process. Partner services are at additional cost.
What trades does SPM serve for prevailing wage work?
Any commercial trade doing prevailing wage work — civil, concrete, utilities, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, framing, masonry, and others. If projects are 30+ days and you have fewer than 20 active projects per month, SPM can serve you regardless of trade.

Do you handle payroll?
No. We have vetted payroll software partners — including prevailing wage integrations — that connect directly with ControlQore. Those are separate engagements at additional cost.
How long does onboarding take?
60 days. We migrate your books to the start of your last taxable year, set up ControlQore, and build your job costing structure. Fully operational in two months.
What software do clients use?
ControlQore. All SPM clients run on ControlQore for job costing and WIP. We set it up and manage it — you don't have to learn it. Clients switching from QuickBooks, Sage, or other platforms migrate during onboarding.
Do you work alongside our CPA?
